I welcome all creatives looking for a safe and vibrant space to execute their concepts and creations. Our space is located in The Bronx. This space is perfect for photography, videography, or creative activities. 

Booking standards consist of access to full studio space, photography equipment available, and a studio assistant.

FAQ'S

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN STUDIO BOOKING

We provide professional lighting setups, including studio continuous lights, softboxes, light stands. The lighting tools allow you to achive the perfect lighting conditions, controlling shadows and highlights to create the desired atmosphere for your photographs. 

DO YOU PROVIDE BACKDROPS

All bookings include access to use backdrop colors that are currently installed at the time of booking. You can request different colors pulled at an addtional cost. Our backdrop is 86 x 12yd. If it is not in the studio, please contact LIFEOVERHILLS@GMAIL.COM to have it in time for your booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY TIME

We will let you know when you have 15 minutes before your booking ends. if you go over, you will be charged a full hour. We ask that you let u sknow 30 minutes prior if you need more time. It is important that you book the correct amount of time.

ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Props, lav mics, and a assistant that knows the ins and outs of the studio.

STUDIO POLICY

BACKDROP POLICY 

  • Handle backdrops with care and avoid damage.

  • Our staff will assist with setup and removal.

  • Keep shoes clean when in the backdrop area.

  • No adhesive materials or tape on the backdrop.

  • Avoid using sharp objects near backdrops

GENERAL STUDIO RULES

  • Timely Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled studio booking to make the most of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened shooting time to accommodate other bookings.

  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy environment during your studio session. Dispose of any trash or personal belongings appropriately before leaving.

  • The facility has to be left how it was found, and please take the trash out with you after production. Garbage cannot be left in the premises.

  • Respect Studio Equipment: Handle all studio Equipment with care and follow instructions provided by the studio staff. All damage caused due to negligence may result in additional fees.

  • Studio Rules: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all studio rules and guidelines provided. These may include restrictions on smoking, food, and drink, and specific areas accessible during the session.

BOOKING TIME

  • Advance Booking: studio time must be booked in advance to secure a preferred date and time slot.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Notice period specified in our booking terms.

  • Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Studio Hour Extensions: If you require more time during your session, please inquire about the possibility of extending your studio time, subject to availability.

  • Studio Rules: Respect all studio rules and guidelines provided during your booking to ensure a safe and professional environment for everyone.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' for rescheduling. 

  • Less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee.

  • One reschedule is allowed without a fee.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking is allowed only as an add-on to your booking.

  • You will be charged a fee for non-agreed upon smoking.

SPACE ACCESS:

  • Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed.

PARKING:

  • Alternate side street parking

  • Metered street parking

NO SMOKING:

  • No smoking in the building. This will be enforced with 0 tolerance.

ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES:

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected every session

  • High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

HOST DO THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO EACH BOOKING:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.

  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

  • Clean common areas, allowing guest access, including bathrooms and entrances.
